Purchase, delivery, privacy & refund terms
These terms apply to the CELPIP Writing Retake Pair Audit + 7-Day Repair Plan. It is an independent preparation service, not official CELPIP scoring, examiner feedback, immigration advice, or a score-result promise.
Seller and checkout identity
Exam Ready Practice is the test-prep product line sold through the Common Ground Prep storefront on Payhip. Your Payhip checkout and receipt will show Common Ground Prep.
The price is US$14.99 as a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription, and applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Payhip and its payment providers handle checkout and payment processing. The seller receives only the basic order information needed to fulfil the purchase and does not receive full card details.

What you receive
After successful payment, Payhip provides the instant ZIP: the workbook, error ledger, quick start, and a clearly fictional worked example. That ZIP is different from the personalised 3-page audit.
The personalised audit begins only after the seller receives both valid anonymous responses. It contains evidence from both responses, exactly three priority corrections, two rewritten paragraphs, and a seven-day plan.
Valid anonymous submission and delivery timing
The quick start accepts only new responses to the fixed original prompts ERP-PAIR-T1-01 and ERP-PAIR-T2-01 : one anonymous 150–200-word Task 1 email and one anonymous 150–200-word Task 2 survey response. After both valid anonymous responses are received, the personalised audit is due within 48 hours.
Submit the two responses only through the seller contact shown in the Payhip receipt. Do not include personal data or submit real, recalled, leaked, or predicted test questions or content.
“Anonymous” describes the de-identified writing body, not the Payhip transaction or seller contact itself. The seller may see basic order or contact information needed to fulfil the purchase and provide support.
Free Pair Check and site data
The free Pair Check processes practice text only in the browser. It does not upload the answers. The application's own anonymous event records may contain a short event name, campaign, calendar day, and technical received timestamp for operation and measurement; they do not contain essays, scores, search terms, full referrer URLs, or identity information. Hosting, Payhip, and payment providers may process necessary operational data under their own policies.
Submitted writing bodies are used to fulfil this personalised service and provide support. AI may assist the initial pattern map only as part of that audit. Without your separate explicit permission, the seller will not separately reuse a writing body to make it public, use it as a testimonial or public evaluation, or purposefully train a system. This statement does not claim that external hosting, payment, or AI infrastructure never retains data; those providers apply their own policies.
Refund terms
Full refund when cancellation is requested before audit work begins.
Full refund if the personalised audit is not delivered within 48 hours after both valid responses are available.
After delivery, a full refund is available only when the file is missing, unreadable, or lacks evidence from both valid responses, exactly three priorities, two rewritten paragraphs, or the seven-day plan. An unchanged test result is not refundable.
An unchanged test score is not a refund reason. Nothing in these terms removes any non-excludable consumer-law rights that apply to you.
